This question was asked before, but it allowed people to list their top speed using MWD. This question only allows you to use boosters and afterburners with skills.
What is your top speed in your best ship with your best boosters and afterburners, but not MWD?
For me: Vigil at 1314 meters/second

I believe the top speed was estimated at 13billion m/s with a scorpion with 8 mwds and 4 capaciator flux coils

We have an Indy pilot that routinely exceeds 3000 m/sec in an ITERON without the use of a MWD.
P. S. He still has over 2K cargo space also...

oh ok, then just take someone with navigation V and all the AB skills at V then equip full afterburners (LIF) in the med slots, and full alpha mod Overdrives in a ship with speed bonuses (minamatar methinks) and plug stats in a spreadsheet.

With AC4 and Nav 4, "standard" speedboost items, 1250 m/s in a 'stower.
Now, with the best items available (30% base ABs and 31 m/s ODIs) and best skills, a 'stower would be:
125+(31*4) = 249
249 * 1.25 (Nav 5 bonus) = 311.25 m/s
(1.3*1.25)^4 (AC5 bonus on lif burners) = 6.9729x bonus
311.25*6.9729 = 2170.315 m/s
With "normal" producable items:
125+(20*4) = 205
205*125 = 256.25
(125*1.25)^4 = 5.9605x bonus
1527.36 m/s
Scorp with 8 medslots:
Same base speeds as above (Scorp has same speed and number of loslots as a 'stower) - 256.25 for non-drop and 311.25 for drops.
Bonus with LiFs = 1.625^8 = 48.62133x
Bonus with standard ABs = 1.5625^8 = 35.527x
So with standard items, a scorp can go 9103.82 m/s
With dropped items, it can go 15133.388 m/s

I think he's looking for people that have actually reached a top speed, rather than theoretical (not really theoretical, but not sure if anyone has those skills maxed and done that).

I don't know what the fastest speed is that I can achieve. But I can sustain 47,000 m/s with out dropping cap below 40%.
Never really tried a faster sustainable speed. Not quite that bored yet  .

with a tristan I was able to go about 2.5 km/s.
Havent tried anything else yet. Want to wait for the 1300% mwds to go around.
