At www.iskrisk.com we are so crazy that we might just put ourselves out of business. Since we have way too much excess ISK, we are going to give some away ... no strings attached. Just visit our website and create an account. After you have done this, post a reply to this message.
The first reply gets 100,000 ISK, the second reply gets 90,000 ISK, the third reply gets 80,000 ISK, etc...
I will credit your casino accounts in a few hours (give the post some time for people to read and me time to take a nap). If you want you can withdrawl your prize immediately, or try your luck at our tables with some free chips.
See ya all in the players lounge ("ISK RISK" channel)

P.S. I forgot my password, could you e-mail it to [email protected]?
Taken from the May 29th 2003 Devchat at EveGate . <Muaddid> Q: When will sentry gun and station and similar construction pods be introduced on the market? <Hellmar> we have various player owned entities already implemented. Sentry guns, power/shield generators, field repair mini-stations, mobile refineries. We are still working out the last tidbits of how they can be over taken, what is the penalty of having a sentry gun kill a n00b etc. and we have been a bit busy with plugging the holes that people have found.I would say that you'd start to see these items on the market in about 2-3 weeks, very expensive to begin with |

How is this possibly a scam?
It is obviously a trick to lure people into the casinos to play. If you want to take your cash, then you can, and leave. But it starts out as casino credit so that you have the option of easily blowing it on the games, becoming addicted, and blowing more money.
Same thing as how casinos give you a free $10 in chips if you are new or something, this is just on a much larger scale.
It isn't a scam, it is marketing. The most basic form of capitalism.
