If you want to keep your "standings" towards corps and factions. Ihave now lost 2 of my highest standings of 10 towards CONCORD and Caldari State, they were lowered to 2 when i did Agent missions for Caldari Navy, of course this was/is a "Bug" but as usual CCP cant give any back, exept "reset" all my agents, wich they have already done 2 times... And since Standings doesnt do jack**** in this game why even bother anymore? apparently a +10 or a -10 standing doesnt affect the game at all. So if you want to keep your hard earned standings DO NOT do Agent mission, because CCP will not reimburse you....

I would join Serpentis if I knew how. >.<
I don't care about the security hits, I don't care that I'm risking making enemies with CONCORD and I especially don't care that I will have a lot of work to get into Serpentis..
I JUST WANT TO BE ONE OF THEIR MEMBERS DAMMIT!

Wierd, I've been doing agent missions for the past 3 weeks, constantly, and I'm still 10.00 gallente, and 9.8 concord.

that would be a player corp that you have wronged, or that just dislike you for no good reason. I got a -20 on my list too.

I know the FF are a "real" Corp, just wondering _who_, not _what_, they are. 
I assume they're affiliated with EVER though, given recent events.

Well I just assumed they were because the sudden "drop" in Standing occured shortly after (another) encounter with one of your Miners, Josh.
Although, like a lot of people, that was the first time I heard of them. oO

My security status was lowered from 2.7 to 2.3 when I did som CONCORD missions =(

Well as i said DONT do missions, you will only loose your hard earned sec status and "CCP cant give it back due to lack of logs etc"

I don't know who dealt with your petition but I had my standings put back up when I was a victim to this bug, the GM who dealt with my case implied that this information is logged and therefore trackable. Also my agents were not reset so after my standings were fixed I was none the worse for the experience.

I had my Caldari and CONCORd standings mutilated as well. I was one of the earlier ones I guess. It was before CCP 'claimed' they fixed it.
Having your standing raped means you get hurt in your wallet as well since a drop from +10 to +2 means that missions that paid me 20k suddenly droppped to 11k or so.
I sent then a petition (I believe it was with the old system not this [insert more foul language] email crap.
After several mails going back and forth I got my Caldari faction standing restored.
Ofcourse all other standings were wasted as well but I didn't care much about those.
So it seems to me you just ran out of luck and into the wrong GM.
I'm not doing any missions until I'm ABSOLUTELY sure they are COMPLETELY safe. So good luck devs with your little scheme to introduce new stuff by uberbugged agents! I think most players aren't touching those with a fourty-foot pole.
As for them having nothing in those mysterious logs of theirs. It seems to be their excuse to be lazy and ignore 80% of all claims for damages due to [yes keep it coming] bugs.
If you don't have any logs for those kind of things MAKE ONE!!!
CCP has appearently no idea how demoralizing it is to see weeks of work disappear due to a bug and have a GM or an "I've elevated your request" Polarisdude say sorry no-can-do we have no logs showing you just lost A 50M battleship with double that in equipment because our server decided to take a crap.
Ofcourse we can make our own logs by printscreen your shiploadout, your charsheet etc. but I recon there is a slim chance that'll help.

I had 6 of my standing go from 10 to 2, and 3 go from about -9.5 to -2.
*edit* Though fortuantely, I managed to keep 2 of my +10 standings, as well as my overall rating.

Well I havent been cursed with the faction/standing loss but ive done 100 or more missions for 2 Genolution level 1 agents and not gotten any new agents. Some Gm's tell me its not suppose to be that way some say it is. I have noticed at the intervales when I should get a new aget I get a data sheet mission that dosent drop a data sheet. Whem I use a bought data sheet the agent freezes up and I dont get paid, sheets dont get taken, and mission dissapears. But they say its suppose to be like this? The GM's need to not blatently lie about this stuff. O would rather hear wow thats really messed up it shouldnt be that way somethings wrong we dont know what we probly wont look into it, Instead of thats the way its suppose to be.

Um, this bug was fully fixed last patch...

I operate in Hodrold, although at the mo I'm at Tamekamur building up a little Standing with my Mining Corp (Level 2 Agents can bring in 100,000ISK for a relatively low risk, apparently).
Feel free to hunt me, I'm a coward though so you'll be at it for a while.

My standings move up and down in fractions daily and I frankly have no clue as to why, is there some stockmarket speculation type thing going on with their governing bodies?
