I saw this ship myself in the Kisogo system.
It was an Agent in space but when you tried to talk to it you got an error message.
The interesting thing was inspecting it showed the ships name as a sparrow.

hmm - toughie - what other use is there to a frig.. :( its a bantam hull so it cant be that good :P

no idea, tbh I dont see a need for a T2 bantam.
I only posted it here because it was odd seeing it when only Teir2 Battlecruisers and Teir3 battleships have been announced for Kali.
I wont go into the rampant speculation that has occured to me as there is little point but it does seem to indecate that there are more new ships on the way soon.
<edit> maybe a logistics frigate? its the logical step as most logistic ships where T2 versions of junk cruisers

Its been in some of the item databases for a while. It says it requires Caldari Frig 5 and Deep Core mining 1. So it must be a planned Tech2 miner that may have never been released.
