Have people not learned yet that nobody, not even those you are "defecting" to, will trust a defector?
Props to Chimera Pact for reducing this loser's ship to rubble

Although I am a member of SBA and MMC, I speak for myself here. Most of SBA are willing to fight, but recognise that the fight is not going to be one we can win, so yep we are retreating.
If I was being objective considering the inexperience of our corp we never shirked a fight, and when we did fight it was in good spirit.
Hopefully we will retreat, regroup and be back.
Alternatively perhaps I will end up mining for Veldspar in Jita
None of this Al Ugilac buisness reflects on SBA proper in my opinion. All fights I¦ve had with them have been good and relatively smack free.
Whatever you do in the future, you are a fine enemy now.

Chimaera Pact will extend an olive branch to you and your corp, to enable you to remove your assets from Immensea and make a fresh start. MMC and the rest of SBA know the terms. Thankyou Whalesaver.

Well if his corp wants to be truly vindictive, they would revock all his access but keep giving him an unimportant role (ie view access to general hanger) every 24 hrs so he cant leave corp. Then just use the locate corp members in space to find him and keep attacking/podding him, then just sit back and listen to him whine in corp chat.

Imagine a powerful person in EVE was not happy with his current alliance/corp. Hes looking for a new home and would like to make the arrangements without his current alliance knowing about it. HE is in the possession of lets just call it 'factor x', something witch makes him very powerful.
But now he knows you cant be trusted and thus you can say goodbye to possible intelligence reports in the future. All because you wanted to be a forum smart man.

Horrible analogy, just horrible. Do you really think Rover or Soraya tought about publicity when they trapped this guy? Filth is filth, regardless of what alliance colours they wear. Chimps, even tough we are premium monkeys of EVE, would not trust any intel coming from such "factor x" that wants to betray his own friends. Flying our capital ships and BS fleets based on such "intel" would be ridilicious as its best. Only thing you trust when you wage war on two fronts is your own guts, scanner and 1500 names in buddy list blinking off and in game.
And actually, we can be trusted, since we have backbone to say "**** off" for such intel, forum warrioring and betrayals.
In EVE, in my opinion you win by respecting your enemy, double backing up all plans you make and using massive, single strike with everything you have on system you want. That way we fought for our home and won. Same way we fought SBA - there is no need for intelligence from people who betray their own colours. You do not fight in south with bad intel from "spies" and basicly "guessing" what will happen next - that would be like walking straight into a trap with a leach around your neck. For example trying to fight RA that way would prolly make them die in laughter. ;-)

Players traitors, corps traitors, spys, putting pos in bad horary..., this is the game of chimaera.
In 2 wekends SBA sunk 150 ships (50 bs) of chimaera an other 3 aliances, and only lost 15 bs, during all the war sba fleet win all the batles, and the 4 aliancs go home in pod, but now chimaera have the control, whi??? because use traitors and spys. We are best pilot and chimera know.
But is best be solo then in company of wins and caldaris. Now the wins are part of chimaera and the caldaris living in chimaera territory....I think chimera will pay the price, and soon :)
For me all the traitors will be alwais kos.

Oh well then you would not lose the region?? Won every battle against chimps? Have we ever fought a battle?? no cuz RA is 100 times more deadlier then SBA so our focus are on them, and when we acctully started to turn our our attention SBA, it fell like cardhouse?? Spies?? we killed the spies, so stop balme om something that isent true... Your post was 1 of the most lamest i ever read. Who are you? I don't recall ever seeing you in a single battle. As a matter of fact, you are not on a single kill mail. So please tell me.......how many of these ships did you personally help kill?
Caldari Deep Space Ventures never has, nor will ever be traitors. It was our resources along with HAF, and KERN that fought the mighty alliances you speak of.
We were cofounders of the Alliance and fought with every resource we had, kept every member of the alliance, and the citizens informed of most everyone of our moves and even contributed resources to the citizens for 0.0 isk on numerous occasions.
I agree our departure could definitely have been handled differently but the window of opportunity was apparently closing faster than anyone of us had expected, and the Alliance CEO's had all stated that they believed the war had been lost.
You can permanently KOS us all you want, but next time do so based on fact, not heresay, because assumption is the mother of all F-ups.
SBA was awesome while it lasted, and by far the most fun I've had in my 3 years of playing.
So you "el pretender", can go take a long walk off a short pier.
