It becomes available when your credit runs out. I just updated mine this morning with no problems

Yes same here.. i wrote a petition 3 days ago ..still waitin for repley ! PAypal still dont work :( almost a week now

the bad think is i run a own POS in 0.0 and it runs slowly out of fuel next days :/
mean f*** i cant pay for my account since 1 week !! I pay with paypal since 2 years :(

Log into your paypal acct, click "Send Money"
Fill inn the info in the email you recieved. Put the Order no. in message to recipient.

To use this site www.game-time.info to buy game time you must have a VERIFIED paypal account which requires a credit card.I suspect most ppl who use paypal do so as they dont have or want a credit card so this isnt so useful.

I bought the 90 day deal for my main chr and find i only have $11 left in my paypal account.I think its just enough to be 30 days for my alt but they have sold out of the 30 day cards 
This is such a ***** coz his research is over and i need to switch.Anyone know any other places that sell game time or perhaps somone with a varified account could let me send them the ú11 (assuming thats enough for 30 days) and buy a code and send it to me?
man i seem really desperate dont i...hehe...i am i suppose

you dont need a credit card to verify ur paypal account. i dont have one on mine and im verified.
there is 2 was to do it. i think.. first is to get a paypal account and buy some stuff. after a few perchases you become varified. i belive thats how mine worked.
the other way is to make a paypal account and manualy get it to varify you. its dont by paypal debeting a cent or something to ur bank account. then you @mail them back to tell them how much money they debeted. (or something like that. my friend did it this way and i think thats how he got varified). this process takes about 3 days.

OK I have a Paypal account and I am verified but CCP will not take my money through Paypal so what is going on, I am running 2 accounts, and why should I get a credit card just for EVE..
I have paid through Paypal with no problems before so why is there a problem now..

I don't think its a problem at our end, its just for some reason eves paypal accounting isn't accepting payments (What they don't want our money!?!?!).
Just tried again with same failure, my inbox is looking pretty messy now with all the broken PayByCash orders

yep you should not have to get a credit card just to play eve, i have 1 personly, but i aint using it. i think you will find alot of inactive account expireing soon if this ploblem is not fixed i run 3 accounts all off palpal
ccp really need to address this ploblem.

I cant even tranfer my character to my account i bought off the eve forums, and its the right credit card barclaycard visa

Yeah had that problem with the credit card issue, I have Visa debit and tried to use it on credit, but to no joy, my friend is offline at the moment with 2 accounts and refuses to change is paying ways..

guys i just dont see why you dont go here http://www.shatteredcrystal.com/catalogue.php?cat=15 and use paypal to buy a game card?
its actualy quicker to activate your account using the prepaid card than it is to fill out that painful application form when you want to reactivate using the 'pay by cash' method at the eve site.
paste the code in the feild after one click then your one click away from activation.on the other hand the usual way involves the form filling i mensioned?
why wouldnt your freind not want to change to this method meogeo?

btw the above method involves being immediately emailed the code to instantly re-avtivate the account if i didnt make that clear.
