i usually fly larger ships so dont usually get to loot can in time, but recently got 4x e900 nos and a large accom rep which was nice.
i thinkl some corp members recently looted some researched bs bpos tho :S

We killed a guy from Evolution about two weeks ago, I heard he owns a HAC BPO... He dropped some really pimp core-x type stuff, some officer loot...
We killed a Rattlesnake and a Nightmare awhile back too, and they dropped some decent loot as well. I deleted all my mails so sorry, nothing specific.

If you add cans to overview you can select from there.
The best item I ever looted from a player can was a Gistii A-Type Small Shield Booster, which I sold back to the owner for a good price

Well 5 min ago a hauler dropped a Deimos for me, luckly I can fly em
And yesterday a Raven with 14 x 12'th tier effects and 4 x 17'th tiers.... but last lot was with the corp... 
Cant rember the lot anymore... my first big kill was a Crytek Inc. hauler with loads of nifty stuff, had 1 bpo of Mag Stab II ...
Or what a about the hauler that dropped 2 b in minz...
 wich I nukked with my favoured wingman Ange1.

I got something like 280mill of loot from a Hawk I killed in a wolf once.
Dread gurista BCU, gisti shield booster and cap recharger II I think.
I killed a harpy shortly afterwards that dropped similar stuff worth 90mill+ I think.
Belt pirating dosen't make isk though, it's all lies! *cry the guys that only gate gank*

A wierd one: 1450 Sience Graduates popped out of a Bestower
last week: machariel bpc, 450mil in 17th 18th and 19th tier overseer's personal effects (pod ransomed for 20m) popped out of an ares, nothing good destroyed
Ristavel, my lucky corpmate made 9bil out of one interceptor kill, he killed an ares from naga loot shop with capital ship module bpo's
that's the best can pop-out i know of in eve.

So... about 1 minute ago an Omen and a Prophecy I was hunting in a Punisher, attacked me at a station as downtime was fast approaching (about 2mins left on counter). As Im flying to dock, I see them both turn and fly towards me - right at the station!
They both end up engaing me, Omen dead... Prophecy warps off with what had to be about 10% structure. I find a Blood Multi M crystal among other named items from the Omen's loot.

Think mine was a Cap II BPO that dropped from a CELES shuttle, then Darth also dropped a Ishtar BPO from his shuttle.
Therefore, Celestial Apocalypse can no longer offer Cap II's and Ishtar's to new members!

I killed a kestrel a while back in Mara, while in snigg. sentry tanking in my zealot to get him... waited in a safe for 15 mins till my flag wore off and went back to the gate to check the can.

and a ****load of T1 ammunition blueprints. Unfortunatly the Geddon Blueprint (not sure if it was a copy or a BPO) he was carrying got destroyed in the blast.
Strange no one touched the can, since about 30 people passed through in the space of my flag wearing off...
I also got like 30m worth of zyd from the hold of an atron one time...

that pretty much sorted me as a noob for a long time.

BEst i've found is a Dread Guristas BCU and a Low-Grade Crystal Alpha implant after I warped to a belt to run away from a pirate - I was damaged, and there was a neutral maller approaching. I finally put myself over 100mil with that catch (im still a noob) :P
by the way, the implant is still in my hands, no one's bought it yet. let me know if anyone's interested :P

2) An occator with all local hull expanders, and giant secure cans FULL of Khumaak :) Netted us about 700 mil, he lost about 1 bil.

Like 7 modulated tachs, and about 10 other named L lasers in stain before T2 large guns came out so this was when named guns were the absolute pwn, the guy tried to log to so we assumed he was crying when he logged back in.
edit: oh yeah and some thons shield booster and hardners, with dread launchers off a raven about 5 months ago, 900 mil worth total or so

A whole bunch of shadow serp and true sansha gear off a Deimos :) Happily, it was the same Deimos that had failed to station-gank my Brutix a few months before, and called me a noob
