Each time I launch the program the # of players online updates. Increasing so I know others are logging in OK.
Get several messages as the login progress bar goes the first 1/2 way across but no messages as it completes. At that point it just sits there. 2nd last message I get is 'Got Statistics', last message is too brief to be read but appears to be longer.
The program doesn't appear to be hung as CPU usage is 99 while the progress bar completes and then drops to 0 and I have no problem right clicking it on the taskbar and closing it.
Have already rebooted a couple times with no change. Was on last night so version is current. Same behaviour if I click the movie button instead of the connect button.

everthing loads up and then the slider bar starts slowing down and hangs when it gets to the end.. help plz

did you check if your firewall is blocking one of the eve processes or something like that?

I tried disabling it altogether, and still nothing. same problem.

Anyone figured out this problem?? I been playing for a couple months and never ran into this. I played last night, but havent been able to log in at all today. Probably wont be able to get response from dev's, so asking here.
 Im not spamming, i just wanted to make sure u heard me

Still no idea on the cause but I was able to work around this by deleting my cache folder. A bit of a pain as it reset the interface, etc. but worth it to get playing again.
