I recently put up an item on the market for a bit over the market price, as a friend said he could pay me a little extra as I'm new to the game. Soso, I put up the item on market and paid brokers fee.
Now my friend looks up the item on the market by sorting it by price. Right clicks the order and clicks "buy this". The market system asks if he's sure he wishes to buy this item as its overpriced. He clicks "yes". The transaction is complete. He gets his goods put I get no cash! This is very odd. Someone else got the money. So some lucky girl (in this case) has a piece of my friends cash and supposively got alot more than she asked for on the market.
Is this possible? Inputs on this please.

Well my item is still in my items bay, but he bought the "wrong" item, resulting in a certain player recieved more cash than she sold his item for. So basicly, how is it possible to pay too much for a specific item? You cant really right click an item "buy this" and then edit your own price, right? This seems glitchy.

If someone buys something from the market, he allways buys from the person with the lowest sell order in that station, even if he offers more isks.

No, you can buy the priciest item. I just tried it out from a guy who sold 99 antimatter charges for 100ISK each. I bought one and he had 98 left. Even though there was players offering them for 9 isk.

If you right-click on an item in the 'Selling' part of the Market, then that's the one you will buy - regardless of the prices of any identical items in the same station. You can check who you've bought from in the 'Transactions' part of your Wallet.
It is possible to get more for your goods being sold than you expect - it's happened to me a few times and I was initially rather nicely surprised....
If someone creates a Buy order for more iskies than you're selling for then they will automatically buy from you, and anyone else selling for the same price, or less, than they are asking for.
This an be a very quick way of having your orders filled with just a few clicks rather than buying individual orders one at a time - provided you're happy to pay more than the seller is asking!

Those players offering them for 9 ISK were not at the same station.
If there is someone selling something for 1 ISK and 1 million ISK at a station, you will always buy the 1 ISK item first, whatever the price you offer.

Well the thing is that i did not "offer" a price, I specificly bought the 2mill item.
AND i managed to buy a pricier item at the same system (0 jumps) even if there was cheaper items avaliable

Here's your problem... if your item is still in the items bay, it's not even on the market. How can your friend buy that module if it's not on the market?
Items sold through a sell order disappear from your items bay.

Well, um, this isn't exactly true. I've bought from a specific seller before only to have the market refresh and the same quantity is still available. Everytime, I've found that there is an identically priced sell order that I presume was placed first so it has priority. So I have to buy from the other seller, until his sell order is gone before I can buy from the other seller.
The rest of your post was spot on. I sold a Gallente shuttle the other day for 31m ISK. Now that was a nice surprise.
