They don't melt for much and they can't be moved. Why do we need so many of these stupid things?

They're great. They offer a huge amount of capacity without the annoyances of having to deal with unlocking items like you do with station containers (yea, I know they added a feature to allow default settings for locking/unlocking, but alst I checked, they still didn't work). Also, in my system, they sell for over 200,000 a piece, and alst I checked, a 2mil bonus isn't too bad.

They don't sell quickly, and the 200m is only the NPC price. Most of the ones that I've seen move have sold for only around 100k, and not many, either.

Yes, station containers now can be unlocked by default, so this would be an overpriced station container.
To address the point of selling, there is a very limited demand for these and I doubt a freighter is going to hop from station to station to pick these up since they can't be moved. They average sell price is 100K and I'm getting 1-4 of them per lv 4 mission, not for one mission.

Their mineral value is around 20k :)
I got my first one the other day, much better than having to buy them..

Well, I find them useful for compartmentalising my loot and ammo and mods.
Granted it becomes a tad annoying always having them as BIG MISSION rewards, how bout some cool USEFUL stuff instead.

They are usefull?... are they hell.... yea maybe ONE or TWO is usefull..to someone... but 10 a day???
10 a day.. so in a week thats 70, tell me exactly how 70 of these awful useless things is of any use to even frieghters?
not only that, agents who give 95% kill missions are dishing them out!, wtf?... these are freighter / courier / hauling items that should be given by mining / courier / trade agents!... what am I supposed to do with them? wipe my a s s with them?

Yea, I've just found a new agent to move to and was clearing out the old closet...
Previously my agent had been giving me loads of frozen food and silicate glass, past few days those its virtually halted because of these damn freight containers

I just got all my food and glass sold off for a nice chunk of money, and rightly to!.. when an agent gives you goods instead of ISK as a bonus reward, you must make your money back...
How much have I lost in isk to these containers??.. well I made over 11 million from the food and glass, and have played the agent for about 14 days, so knock off that last say 4 days where I've had no food or glass.. I reckon I've lost about 5 Million ISK!!

on the assumption that im now losing roughly 1million per day, its now going to take nearly a whole week more to save up for a fitted - insured Domi so that I am even able to do level 3 missions!
Way to screw over new players CCP!

My level 3 agent gives me a scattering of these as rewards now and again, but he gives me other stuff too.
Perhaps we all need to find new agents?
