The only order in Niyab is 20.5m. Lowest in The Forge is in Jita at 19.8m.

Try competing with NAGA (9.4 mil) and I would consider buying some. Or if you wanted to sell 2 at that price.

Yep. NAGA has awesome prices on a lot of things, including Ishkurs. Their wait times leave something to be desired, however.

Ishkurs are moving quickly in Ours at a price of 18.95m. In addition, the price of Ishkurs in Rens (last I checked) was about 19m (and they were selling). Also, the cheapest Ishkur in Jita was 19.5 last I checked. Thus, 17.5m is actually a decent price.
