All this business with servers going down, players getting stuck, lack of storyline, buggy agents, items, jump gates and so on and so forth, is it not about time CCG say they're sorry and act like they mean it by giving all of us a free month of play? ú8.50 each month is a lot of money for such a bugged game!!!

simple amswer to that one is No..
They cannot afford to lose a month in revenue i.d bet... it would cause aweful cashflow problems.
The server hasnt been down too much.

No, I want a month of free play because they have not provided a level of maintenance that justifies the ú8.50 per month!
Downtime is one issue, bugs, bad service and lack of storyline (see numerous posts on this forum) make this game less and less fun to play. I don't think it's too much to ask to provide some value for money!!

If you were to read the EULA which you should do before you play the game, tut tut then you would realise that they cover themselves against problems such as server down, bugs etc. They need to revenue to keep the game going, I would rather pay a measly 8 quid a month and see the game develop greatly than moan a little and save 8 quid only to see the games develop be hindered.
Think about what you say before you start ranting.

I suggest you guys play shadowbane and then complain about Eve. As a former shadowbane player I can tell you the login server would go down for HOURS AND HOURS at a time. The day I bought the game I had to wait over 6 hours to login! For a new MMO game, Eve is pretty stable..

Y'know, in Woolworths an Interet cable is just over ú8.
Anyway, it's absurd to suggest that we get thirty days free play just because of some downtime.

lol, you guys ***** me up. You pay 8.50 a month and demand top level service?
Its like...you pay less than one of their engineers earn per hour, and your just 1 customer out of their possibly 20-30 thousand?
Get a grip, the level of service some of EvEs playerbase demands would cost you maybe 80-100pounds a month, maybe more.
