When there are a few people talking, it quickly makes the channel hard to read It does state when joining Rookie Help that its English only

Also indeed it would be best as most posted to get you into the chatchannel of your choice of language when you start the game..that indeed would be an improvement for people who have problems with english.

We do sometimes get people speaking Chinese and if they do not understand English all I do is go to the Chinese channel and ask someone to help them, there is always someone willing. The OP puts it in pretty provocative terms, but having an English channel, a German channel and a Chinese channel where speakers of the respective languages can go and ask a question to those who will understand them seems pretty logical to me.
