1. Tech 2 Lottery (I do not think anyone knows what would be better system and there are ideas out there, but they do know what they do not like, and thats the current system)
2. Instajumps, (The ships can be really slow and traveling 15km in especially in a cargo expand filled hauler is especially annoying, without AB or MWD its just plain sucks, its the most boring part of the game. Maybe add a skill that at level 5 allows you to jump at a stargate at 7500m every level adds 1000m, although this does not solve the issue of collecting cans which is a very slow and tedious process, although maybe adding a "tugboat" module which increases the speed of certain ships and is a high-slot module. In the end, this issue is entirely complex)
3. Agent missions (they are boring, I have probably done about 500 level 1's and I am at the point where its not even fun for these missions anymore, level 2's seem a bit too tough for my skill level, having a base perc of 3, means skill training takes a long time.)
4. Skills (definitely would like to see dual training, there are some skills that I have that won't take so long, and others that will take a very long time, BS V was going to take my character 97 days I think. Learning skills have changed that for me though and took 20 days off but just look a bit harder for an answer here, if this is the best system available then I guess go with it but see what else could be done in this area)
5. Interbus (Courier missions have sort of failed and the thing is they take time for someone to accept, maybe use interbus as another money sink(I personally hate money sinks, but I do not know where else you would place the money that Interbus takes in everyday ), traveling 20 jumps away and having all your stuff back at the other station is annoying.)
6. Combat (Make it a bit more interactive, maybe target ship subsystems, like NOSing or Energy Neutraling a ships drive will affect acceleration, hitting it with a weapon will make its top speed -5% as good)
7. Agent LP - (I hate being only able to use one agent, wish it was NPC corp based, and wish it was also instead of one deal offers, make them multiple deals. Allow a choice in the items you can receive, maybe even make a "mystery crate" option. Which have a small chance to have something rare inside, and have be able to have anything at all in the loot tables.)
8. Factional Fleets - Factional Fleets showing up randomly would be interesting, make it worth destroying them, and make it take a very large group to take them on.
9. Local - Its sort of neat since then you know whos in a system and eliminates the surprise factor if you are all alone. It would probably encourage grouping more in low sec. Maybe even pirates would group more after they start getting ganked running into a belt and finding a group of anti-piraters there that immediately web and scramble him.
10. WARP DRIVE SOUND IS TOO LOUD. I like to hear the sound of my turrets and missles but if I turn my sound up to much warping becomes an annoyance.
