I need some experianced dread pilots to give me some info,,
Dreadnaughts,
i understand they can move to Chryenosorus fields (excuse spelling) but i dont kno the rules. How can u miss out 1 jump two jumps? 3 jumps? The skills what difference do they make??
i know u cant set up a chryno in .5 or higher, how many jumps can u miss out? how high u need ur skills to do it??
Hypothetical situation, in empire, i need to get to one place to anutha,,, say 20 jumps,, all low sec, and right in the centre is 5 high sec systems in a row,, can i jump past them or do i have to take another route?!?!
please help with as much info as possible..

"Missing out" 1 jump or 100 jumps makes no difference to dreads.
They work by the distance dread is to the target system in light years, and not number of jumps.
The skills Jump Drive Operation, and Jump Drive Calibration enable you to jump longer distances.

ICSC Jump Range Calculator and Planner
And Cyno feilds are visable on the universe map ingame when there active.
P.S. its only jump drive calibration that extends the range Jump Drive Operation reduces cap cost

do freighters use jumpdrives or stargates?
(Aww! Come on, let's bring that thread back! <3 )
In short: Cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it.

dude the info is out there try looking for it.
and tbh reading your thread i would suggest reconsidering flying a dread if i were you.
im not trying to be funny but i suggest reposting asking for help once you have a grasp at the basics, which you dont seem to atm.
