I would like to trade this character for a nice, clean "starter" with scanning skills

This character has 1 remap avail.
I would prefer minmatar, but the majority of the skills I am looking for are core + support skills. So in that regard, any race is welcome as long as its racial skills can be taken in any direction.
Lesser sp is ok as long as isk can be offered to compensate.
If no characters like this are offered, I am also open to a straight sale, so that I can shop around for one. Feel free to post here, or mail.
