i was wondering in Eve, where do you class as your home? do you spread of different systems, or do you settle in one area and stay there for the duration? as i try to keep all my ships and gear in one place, if i move, i tend to move it all with me, does everyone do this, or do you how shall i put it, migrate to a new system and start a fresh stock of ships and items depending on what your doing?
i find it time consuming moving all my gear but i dont like leaving stuff behind ot find i want to use it later on, so wondered what everyone else did and how they lived in eve.

I really hate to have stuff spread around, I like to have it all in one place. Sadly my corp move around a lot (part of the job i guess ) so now most of my ships and equipment are spread over 4-5 different locations - on different sides of empire-space :/
CCP Hammer > Next patch we will make sure to boost Amarr and Nerf Caldari. |

Rens, Brutor Tribe Treasury is and will be my home forever . Every true brutor should feel the same. Its the only place where I get this warm fuzzy home feeling. I think I have 10000+ assets in my hangars there

Tash-murkon region is where I've been based ( bar the odd little jaunt ) for the best part of 18 months or more. But Kisogo is where I mined my first roid in a shiny new Ibis, so it will always be home to me .....

Until recently, I always kept most of my stuff in one place. Now I have a base deep in Empire where I have agents I run missions for, and a couple of minor base camps on the edge of 0.0 where I spend a fair amount of time these days.
And I have a lot of junk scattered around several systems.

Its really up to the individual. I've moved twice. Each time I packed up the best goodies in my Industrial, sold everything else, and moved to where I wanted to be. Both times I kept a few frigates and went back for them, and I've got some low-value frigates stashed in areas so that if I ever lose my current ship I hopefully have one close by. However, as I said, it's what YOU wanna do. That's the beauty of Eve. Stay, go, spread out, whatever!!

Born in Todaki, raised in Nahol. Ahh, the memories...
These days, jump clones have made keeping ships and supplies at multiple key locations around the galaxy quite handy for me.

Nonni and the low-sec Lonetrek trade routes. Ahh, the Elonaya-Dantumi trip in my good ol' 'Cold Wind' Badger MkII-class Industrial... more skillpoints than Isk, and all the Isk inside your hauler's hold, that's home!!
I keep a bit more on the move now, and can't go back to Nonni anyway. I keep some bases here and there, for resupply during the long Low-Sec Tour des Empires.

New Caldari. The CEP station has a very nice view of New Caldari Prime.

I've been hanging around the Bleak Lands and Devoid for quite a while now. Still, just yesterday I discovered that that Devoid is a region with two clusters of constellations with no in-region connections. ---------------- Main as main can be.

I have two major locations where I keep my ships and a whole bunch of junk . One of those is our corp headquarters, the other is my favorite agent location. I'm usually around these home bases 90% of the time going about my usual business...
The other 10% of the time I end up getting wanderlust and... going out to explore in dangerous places with a cheap frigate (I occasionally get owned when I get lazy and forget to check for pirate camps and such ). And I usually do this later at night... so I often wake up in the morning to check skills and realize I'm in the middle of nowhere in minmattar space .

Allthough i have been living out in 0.0 for more then 1 1/2 year, and never came back, i keep an alt in empire there, just for the ambiance.
There is no other place in Eve like that

Edited by: Lilith Kara on 09/03/2006 16:37:01 So far I've moved around a bit. I've only been playing for a few days though. The past couple of days I've tended to stay in Essence, around Oursulaert, but I have stuff spread over a few systems.

Cistuvaert forever heheh. 2 or 3 bases out around for missions (with jump clones because I'm that lazy, hate me now), but they all have thier own It5 for looting and then taking it all back to Cist when they get full.
