Ingame killrights and bounty hunting is a joke.
Top of bounty hunters are pirates (just look CC).
Public kill right sharing is a gift to crime.
Where to find REAL highsec bounty hinting services? (Direct killright sharing, anonymous bounty).
The price is x*(kill mail sum) ?
What is usually values for X?
Where&how to find proofs that service/person working fine and avoid scam?

Bounty Hunting is a joke, the reasons pirates make good bounty money is because they just suicide gank anyone anyway, someone with a big bounty is still probably protected by CONCORD and most people wont attack them.
Just hire a merc corp or Cannibal Kane to shoot them to tiny pieces.

Almost any mercenary group like ours will do it almost for free (if not for free) specially if you point where and when you can usually find that target in high sec (makes much easier to surprise them)
