As i was at the pos in a pod...flew up to the refinery with several hangers all around i tried to move ore from a hanger to the refinery and i get an error that will not allow me to move the ore while in a pod...wtf?

I am sorry, but do you realise what a pod is? If not, i'd suggest reading the "Scientific Articles":

Your arms cannot go through the pod, you have to eject from your pod (rightclick your ship or console - eject), then float over to the hangar and move.

pods have cargo space -> enough to put in / scoop / jettison up to 3 bookmarks inside

when moving items from a corperate hanger array to a refinary, you don't need to move anything inside your ship/pod.

i am sorry...do u realize wtf the difference is if your in a pod and move soemthing or in a ship and move seomthing...your still in a pod both ways...cargo space has nothing to do with it as your moving from one hanger to another and not going thu your ship...so again i wonder why the error occurs

Maybe program logic is set to move items thru your ship cargo hold "cache" and as it is zero size, program can`t work.
