the stain allaince has been trying to stop pirate blockades and destroy pirates corps and factions but they have not achieved there goal and never will, becuase the fact remains that there are more pirates in the game then there are of them. and the pirates have been starting to group up and take them down. and very soon terroist like stunts will be permormed against the stain allaince that will be so bad that they will not be able to carry on with there operations in the area.

How are they going to do anything to the Pirates if said Pirates hide in stations and use lag-inducing exploits?

....and say that they were all "busy" when none of their Corp/Corps turn up for a fight.
