Edited by: Paul Lebaue on 13/09/2003 00:53:39 Hi all,
I am starting this thread in hopes of creating a list of names of the ore thieves since I consider stealing ore from someone else is an exploit at this stage of the game. Since there is no real way to stop the people from doing it other then stopping the mining operation itself and lower our own sec rating by attempting to pod this people. Therefore I move to create this list to give every miner a chanse to get a warning by using the names on the list and put the characters on the list as hostile. Since I dont want anyone trying to abuse this list the only way I can prevent it for now is to only add the names from people who are willing to show their corp name under their name to back up their claims.
Yes I know one of them is currently part of my own corp. He is still there for the sole reason of me and my corp mates being able to pod his *beep* without any intereferance from concord or the local military. He stole ore from other corps and stole from our Corp Hangar, his days in eve are numbered.

Add whateverman-Combined Arms Alliance
"Come on God. Answer me. For years I am asking you why. Why are the innocent dead and the guilty alive? Where is justice? Where is punishment? Or have you already answered? Have you already said to the world, here is justice, here is punishment, here..............in me"

We are currently at war with this corporation over Father Judas's actions

Greetings everyone,
I would like to thank each one of you that added to this list. And hopefully we can start identifying this thieves sooner before they can cause any problems to us hardworking miners. I will continue and edit this list as long as names are being added. (might need help with setting up a link to a list if this keeps on growing) I will continue and check this names out myself to keep you updated on any changing info on each names listed.
Oosel Yes I know me and my corp have been gone from our home system for awhile now my friend. And I hope I get to get back home pretty soon. I am sure you and yours have taken well care of our home and its surrounding systems. Be well and continue on as always have. =o)
Fetty Chico I will leave the answear to your question to you. Let me know when you have an answear and if its related to the creating of this list
Skillz I would really appreciate alot Skillz if you wouldnt come in here and post any lies. Going as far as claiming you actually have friends ingame is just to absurd to believe. Even though I dont hink to highly of M3G4 corp I am pretty sure even they have standards to who they associate themselves with.

this is crap if i am in space and i find an unattended cargo pod i am going to help my self thats the point in game
if you dont want us taking from pods then by a secure one
you leave anythink out in space unlocked and unattended then it is fair game

Molly Grey ;oP
baldour tinaka Allthough I respect your own personal view of this topic I dont fully agree with your objection to this thread. And my concept of an ore thief is pretty much in the same view as Molly here. I could also get back at you by replying to your statement "if you dont want us taking from pods then buy a secure one" with this "If you dont want to be added to this list then leave the cans alone that you had no hand in making".
As for you statment "anyone who says they dont check unattened cargo pods are liars" I find this kind of statement rather ignorant to be honest. Not all walk the same path as you and to expect everyone to have the values as yourself is pure ignorance. I for myself dont touch a can that I believe isnt there by my own hands. And those few times I did take the contents of one I always asked in local chat who it belonged to. Feel free to accuse me as a liar. I'll doubt you'll actually find someone that will back you up on it. Those that have been working around me knowns my claims are true. I respect others cans beacuse I want them to do the same for me. Taking something that clearly belongs to others goes against my own personal view. But that is my own personal view. This is how I play the game.

OK, so i look in unattended cans, if it has 1 or 2 items of loot, i might take them. if it has 25k pyrox, i don't. Pirate loot is fair game and it's fairly easy to tell it apart from someones hard earned ore. I could knock up a quick tutorial if anyone is interested, even run a class in game (for a modest admin fee of course)
If I find a can full of ore I'll sometimes hang around waiting to see if anyone tries to take it, If I'm bored that is... More names for the list.

And exactly how are you going to do that to a Badger MK II fitted with 2 AB's and 4 Warp Core Stabilizers?
