Depending on how new you are:
Level 1, 2, etc. after a bit won't be very exciting, but with tools out there like eve-survival, as close to guaranteed an isk positive endeavor you can find in EvE.
Made the mistake of training pure industrial? Hit a bigger missioning hub, see if anyone is willing to let you salvage their missions.
Dont feel like asking and can probe? Salvage it anyway.
If you have the patience and mind for it (I don't) margin trading.
And of course mining. Its boring as hell, but someone *will* buy anything you can pull out of the rocks, and if youre smart, easy money.
There is always FW too, but unless you do stabbed defensive farming, there is actually some level of effort involved ;) |

Find a mission hub and start ninja salvaging and looting the other players rats. The salvage is free and won't flag you the looting will flag you and let them kill you freely but most are too afraid to do so in fear of losing their mission ship as some ninja salavgers do that just to bait people and come back with a better ship and blow them up. Or in your case bring an EWAR ship, I think theres a Caldari frig based on ECM I would use that as the go to ship after they blow you up come back in that jam them from any lock and scram them and let the rats put out the DPS to kill them, assuming your a new player and don't have access to much.
Realistically you be making more than lv1-2 missions and if you find a good system loaded with lv4's (people you should be targeting) I wouldn't be surprised if you make more than if you were doing lv3's.
