I like the oracle best from all the new BC's. Pretty decent ship, does good dps. Here is some testing i did with it:

Only thing i would like is a 25 m2 dronebay so i can kill off the pesky frigs easier so the oracle will be the awesome cheap bearboat. :)
The naga could benefit for making them able to fit cruise launchers. So it is also good bearboat. Oh, and dronebay, Tornado needs more powergrid. And dronebay. |

I flew one through low sec asteroid belts looking for Battleships to blow up. Didn't find any but from long range I pretty much one shot all frigate rats and 3 or 4 shot cruisers. |

I think the opposite. Without drone bay it's really pain in the ars to take down small targets on close range. I think this could be the main reason why ccp removed the dronebay from this boats and it's a good thing. With drone bay this ships could be the ultimate ratting boats by taking away the role from other ships. In the aspect of cost effectiveness other BCs are better option because of drones and from damage aspect BSs are the better from the same reason. |

Its not really a pain in the arse to take down the small targets. If you watch transversal they will drop eventually. This goes for NPC's, people will be a different ballgame. I tested all new BC's and they are all good for ratting. Shooting frigs is a bit irritating, but i have the impression they are above the common cheap ratting ship the Drake. If you are chaining these new boats are gone be one of the prime choices.
Indeed, more carebear ships. Because a ship which is good for pvp and who's primary role is dps, will also be good for pve. I expect after the winterexpansion that the naga (serpentis, angels and guristas) and the oracle (blood raiders and sansha) will be spotted a lot in the belts in 0.0. A 800 mm fit Tornado works as well, but it eats ammo like there is no tommorrow.
Personally i think its great to have acces to a cheap rattin boat which does battleship/t3 cruiser like dps. Not being able to kill frigs very fast will be a minor discomfort for people who chain. |

To be honest I'd like to see a 25m3 drone bay on all of them, but it's unrealistic.
I've tried the Oracle with pulses, and it wasn't too difficult to down most frigates. Not sure about elite scram frigs though, those are the real threat. |

I agree on the Oracle being a good ship. I love how it looks too. But I think that the Naga and Talos aren't very good. |
