OP, join the in-game channel "Merc Contracts".
They have lists of legit mercs and can assist you there.

If your actually serious and this isn't a troll then you shouldn't be posting in General Discussion. That said, if you are serious, throw me a mail with as many details as you can muster and we may be able to get you a quote and some conditions.
As a side, be careful in the Merc channel. Cannibal Kane made a mockery of that channel for some time, and as far as I am aware a lot of scamming and griefing goes on in there still. Generally, when your looking for a merc you best bet is to use an NPC alt until your sure you trust them enough to disclose the exact details. Posting in general discussion or in the Merc channel with you main could land you a war dec or worse. Merc's are worse than pirates when it comes to harvesting tears.
