Some people never moved their big shinies to low sec. So they stayed in high sec with stringent rules. Chribba by the way has a dreadnaught not a carrier.

It took alot of teamwork to kill that carrier. Before the rebalancing I would have said it was impossible. Nobody made the carrier pilot accept the duel, and its entirely possible he actually didn't know about t1 logi boats being as effective as they are.....or the fact that a mere battleship (buffed or not) posed a threat. I keep running across players that still think Rifters are an I-win** button in frigate PVP. The loss of the carrier (7.2 billion or so) is punishment enough. Everything in EVE is a trap. And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)
