Firstly, your price is outrageous. I've got about 76mil sp all in combat and I would be lucky to (with a gold pod two arm tattoos and a full set of snakes and +5%'s) get 28bil. You have less than half of that, your drone skills are non-existent and you're not racially focused.
Secondly, you're not allowed to put a character up for sale unless he is in an npc corp.
