Alliance Briefing
At a press conference held in a smoke filled room, off a small seedy bar, in the middle of nowhere. Two sets of people dressed in their finery for the evening, gave the hoards of reporters what they had wanted to hear for the past few weeks. Leaks to the press from various sources close to the top benches of both corps had indicated it was likely to happen.
There was hush as Tas Devil, CEO of JDI Corp, Head of the Executor Corp for the FoF Alliance, stood up to address everyone.
"Welcome all to this little humble gathering. I am very pleased to announce the growth of our Alliance. Today we welcome the Dice Macross (MACX) Corporation into our midst. I know much speculation has been bantered about in the press, some of it true some of it false; well today starts a new dawning for our Alliance and we are happy to see other like minded corporations join us to make a mark in space. From the humblest of beginnings did giants rise in the past, and now looking at the future we hope that another giant has just arisen."
Benedict Morathor, CEO and Founder of Dice Macross, rose from his place on the top table, and glancing nervously at the microdot recorders addressed the crowd.
"Everybody in the Dice Macross Corporation, would like express their thanks to Tas Devil and his board of advisors for accepting us warmly into the FoF Alliance. We hope the future together is one of reciprocal friendship and respect; and that together we can make the north and safer place."
A charter signing ceremony was held after these short speeches, where both parties pledged themselves to the cause. I was lucky enough to be invited along amongst the handful of other lucky reporters to the questions and answers session that followed; unfortunately in the ensuing party any notes i made were lost to the bottom of my glass. One thing about this northern based alliance I like, is that though they may not be as big as some, they sure know how to party large.

The warmest congratulations to Forces of Freedom, both from me personally and from SunStorm Dominion. The expansion of your alliance surely means you'll continue to fight the good fight. We look forward to seeing MACX in space.

Thanks for the encouragement with our budding alliance. We hope to grow and learn up in 0.0, not to mention have a ton of fun.
Looking forward to meeting the people who took the time to notice our new alliance . If that means we'll be strong allies, or situated on opposite sides of a railgun, I hope that all will have fun and provide a sporting challenge to one another  .
