Make the frigates a little more powerful, in the way of CPU and Power Core upgrades.
The whole idea of having them is using them right? So why are they MAINLY (Note Mainly) used as stepping stone ships? They should be utilized more in battles... But as everything is going they don't have much of a place as the ifre power of the bigger ships come along wiping them out before they even get in range.
Make them faster? Have options or equipment meant ONLY for frigates. I've heard and even seen the pics of new Frigates, well hopefully we can look forward to seeing Frigate specific equipment, maybe increased speed of frigates to fly towards enemies quicker without getting blasted coming out of warp by a Cruiser.
I fly lots of Frigates, and Cruisers... I love my frigates but have to admit they tend to be under powered when flying in at a cruiser.
Things go boom when I come around... |

I'm sure it's possible, I've seen Frigates do that.
All I'm saying is that Frigates should be given more options, or abilities helping it in fights.

heh i think frigates could use some beefing up.
frigs could use a mojoe speed increase and should have ROF bonuses for small weaps and that turns them into RAIDER SHIPS!

hehe i dont think frigates need beefing up as properly equiped 3 frigates can take down a cruiser now look at values of ships 1 cruiser = 3 to 7 mil 3 or even 5 frigates if necessary is only ever 1.5 mil it just depends on wether u can gang up on it what needs addressing is the massive uberization of battleships as it can take up to 4 cruisers to beat 1 and thats when the last 1 to get podded finally does it .. for players in cruisers the value of a cruiser is too much to throw away however frigate players who lose thirs will prob be soon back in a new frigate
