I don't know if you can technically salvage them with drones, but if it is possible, it is far to time consuming unfortunately. I tried once but i was able to salvage the entire site and then waited another 5 minutes and it still hadn't made any progress. =/

just dont as the previous post said if they do salvage it its so slow that its not even worth it. |

Salvage drones suck. Drop a mobile tractor unit, kill the sentry (argos and orthrus), and warp a noctis into the tractor unit with no tractor beams fit. Just 8 salvager 2s. Profit.

Salvage drones can salvage frigate and cruiser sized sleeper wrecks, but not battleship. |

There are 2 things that effect salvaging, the actually % chance to be successful, and some arbitrary level limits.
Ex. you cant salvage a large sleeper wreck with level 1 salvaging even if your in a noctis with T2 rigs, it's too "complex" |
