Ok looking for a RP/Backstory explanation to a few questions that have bugged me for a long long time.
How come all the 0.0 stargates are of gallente design?
And who actually built all of them if none of the empires claim the space?

LOL!
However, I'm not sure how a civilization (Gallente) that's built on capitalism can be described as a bunch of hippies. Currently there is no race in the game that's based on any left-leaning political or economic model (which I think is a shame - personally I favour anarchism, but there you go).

Well, reading up on them I found
*Peace (defenders of the free world)
*Love (Cheap "undressed-adult-love"(**** is censored here  ) flicks)
*and Understanding (Fact that all races can find a home in their regions)
to be rather vital things in their history.
Hence, they are hippies

They're not all Gallente, by the way. Some inter-regional gates in 0.0 are "smuggler's gates", and have a unique design and jumping effect. Also, I've seen a couple of Amarr style gates, typically at chokepoints to empire. One exception there is the gate from K-IYNW into Atioth on the Great Wildlands to lower Geminate border.

And now for something completely useless...
Congrats Lilith, you have you anarchism in Eve - since there is no higher autority than the state/corp the universal system is anachic. CONCORD does not count since they can't really spank any state or corp for being naughty.
And in other news - The entire Ammar race was whiped out by a dev today, just to prove to Kopenhagen that there is a higher authority...
