He has excelent skills in interceptor/ Covert OPs and can fly a whole host of ships inc BS (see skill's) Most Lev 5, is ready for Ammar HAC ships (subject to skill). And is well based in other areas.

Im not being greedy, and no trade skills. However, with all learing at lev 5 it wouldnt take long for T to learn them!!!!
