I'd just like to comment on how pleased I have been with the GM activity in EVE. After a frustrating 'event' when I got stuck when jumping (and everything just froze and I couldn't log in again) the GMs were courteous, professional, helpful and efficient. Although we're paying a monthly sub for all this, I was very pleased with the support I received in sorting the problem out.

Second problem, I lost all text labels in the F11 mapbrowser. After a flurry of e-mails with sensible suggestions it's all been sorted out.
Again, I'm impressed both by the successful end result and by the prompt and professional process.

Yes its right next to the F10 map browser but you have to have special skill to use it.
GM? I've heard rumor of such things. What do they drop? And in it what system?

When you hit F11 (as the default) you get a mini mapbrowser. I find it great for local exploration/quickly getting details of nearby systems when you don't want to use F10 for the main map.

The system I was mining in crashed and I lost a pleathora of harvesters. This isnt the first time it has happened, but it is the first time I have been reimbursed. So I suppose customer service is getting better.
