Hello guys,
was thinking next.
A option or ability to be able to pay like 500-1000 bilions or whatever, and actually get a hold of solar system.
That it self would give u right to get profit on productions slots, or even build new one. To set % for refining or whatever alse can maybe be done in the system.
Security status should stay a same, with maybe ability to pay NPC concords to keep order or whatever.
I just think it would be great for player exp in general.
Outpost's and 0.0 systems will NOT lose value at all, cause all rares and other stuff are out there.
Same as now, people build outposts in 0.0 regardless how many stations is already in empire etc.
I am sure alot of things can be done around this.
Like imagine, u wana teraforming a planet inside solar system, and u then need skils for it, or even 2-3 years of REAL time to actually do that!
Anyway, that's about my idea, and I am sure it could be great fun, and eve universe will expand so much more.

while buying an entire system is abit extreme
i think corp should be able to buy the right to build outpost in empire
i can think of quite a few places ASCN would like an outpost

Starbase charters are a step towards that.
They allow you to run POS at least I believe - not sure about Outposts.

i know that, but i off the top of my head i can think of 3 low sec areas where ASCN would want a full fledged outpost

I would like to see CPP to find all the empire space systems that have no stations in them.
Then each empire does a loto among players of that races, that have spent no significant time in 0.0 (< week) and send them a agent misision.
This long involved misisons would be a first to post style, and the winner gets a 'title' and owner ship of that solar system. They, and that character alone can place outpost construction platforms in that system.
Lets have a reward for the carebears. we play eve also...

Is it really an outpost anymore if it's surrounded by 5 other stations?

And then you get wardec'd and they pop your outpost and put up their own, and system title transfers to them.
Let's be fair about this.

It shouldnt be buy solarsystems, but maybe lease/contract rights to use or manage solarsystems for a substantial fee given to the Empire, CONCORD security would be an additional fee.
