I am the ceo of a new corp, recently a pirate corp [pre-nerfed tactics] has declared war on my corporation.
The leader of this corporation is a pirate named "keta min".
She is sitting in a system in kor-azor, that is a 4-way choke point through somewhere around 22-23 trade routes with very profitable income.
i have tried hard to contact others that will help remove her from this area, and frankly i really want to put her on other people, she is vile, very crul, a very rude player, and i wouldent i wouldent be suprised if she is the next generation of a macro miner,( only killing for loot not mining it).
At anyrate, I am sending a distress to all of you, to help us remove her from this area, and then maybe we can recommend she join her pirate friends in the north-eastern part of eve.
All the corps in the area dont care for her, if they can they speed through the system asap.i have tried to unite them to fight her back, but they are to scared, so i took my noob corp, and we attacked her with all we had, and failed, not to mention they are camping now. ( such crap, CCP should make it so that you cannot attack unless the war is mutual).
Well if you can please contact me in game, we will be thankful for ANY help but are asking for military support over economic or tactical.

and if wars had to be mutual then there would never be any wars.
and if there were no wars then less ships would be lost.
and if less ships would be lost miners/producers would not be able to sell any ore and ships and modules.
and if that happened you would still whine.

Get a Battleship Like a scorp or somethign or get a HAC hekll even a ruiser will do go to kor azor and ambush her on a trade route pod her and send her packing

That was the most pathetic paragraph I ever read, especially the last sentence. Making up crap like that to try and entice hate among other carebears. Grow up.

He/She has as much right to be there as you do. If you don't like it, don't whine begging for help, do something about it yourself.

I believe the best answer to this is something I saw in a pirate's profile.

Its within the game mechanics and perfectly legal. If you don't like it, stay in highsec and mine veldspar for the rest of your life. Or learn to defend yourself and not whine.

in the old days id have helped for free... but i need constant PVP, and hunting a corp that prob wouldnt want to fight would not give me that. That and im a lazt fat basturd.
hire a minor merc corp.. shouldnt be that much isk or get urself into some blackbirds.
d solo.

Although correct I really wouldn't post this in that section of Galnet as you will just a hundred posts of the "whaaa whaaa" "OMG u carebear" "cry me a river then build a bridge" "p1r4t3s 4r3 the 1337" type responses and not a single helpful response.
Best thing to do is get some isk together from some mining ops and hire a local pvp or merc corp - or better yet move your base of operations a few jumps. To war dec you costs them plenty of isk a week, if they get no kills then they will soon get bored.
Also:
(i) never ever leave your ship in a station if you are in a war
(ii) get yourself some out of corp spies positioned near gates - you can bet your life they will be using them
(iii) never fly solo
(iv) pack your lo-slots with stabs
(v) use this as experience and enjoy it
(vi) never fly ships you cant afford to lose - go after him in a pack with tech 1 frigs each with a jammer or sensor dampner fitted.
(vii) if you need to use a hauler or move anything valuable then again entrust it to someone out of your corp.

Well done for having a go at the pirate in that system. If you guys get in frigates and or cruisers with ECM you should have some fun. As for the local corporations that don't like the pirates but won't fight back well they are cowards and will reap what they sow. I mean their are hundreds of earths in the eve region of space and I have yet to see the meek inherit one of them.
If you have pos then log there and go hunting them on your terms, like I said you can blob with t1 frigs and crusiers as well as use EW to level the playing field, nothing like a HAC kill to brighten your day.
But most important of all don't smack your opponent as it belittles the person issuing the smack. In Eve there are predators and prey regardless of being pirate or anti pirate and those that fight are not prey and thus you sometimes have more in common with the person flashing red than you do the people around you who you call friend.

Keta Min has -10 sec status. If you can't beat her yet, why are you going into that low sec area? Even if they declared war on you, I imagine most of their corp members are below -5 which means they can't get you in high sec. I guess some people like to create problems so they can whine about them later.
If you do decide to fight, don't ever fit lows with wcs. Thats a loser tactic, and I mean it literally. You can't win a battle if you are going to run away before it started. Get some cruisers and frigates together. Pack lows with damage mods, meds with EW where possible and 100% insure the ships. It costs close to nothing to lose an insured t1 fitted cruiser.
Stuff like spies can be useful. Alt scouts at gates is lame from my point of view; but since you don't have covop pilots it can be useful for the time being.
Lastly the current war rules accepted by CONCORD are perfectly fine. If you are not up to the challenge, don't even form a corporation. But on the other hand, there is no such thing as not being up to the challenge. Even a corp full of fresh academy graduates can inflict considerable pain.
I'll contact you for more details and might help you out.
P.S. If you are only looking for peaceful existance keep low profile. If you really don't feel like fighting yet, stick to 0.5+. Nasty pirates can't get you there. There are some corps that declare wars on weak corporations, but most of them are just cowards and are easy to defeat.

but seriously. ive been in this system for 2 years, on different characters, and better corps than you have also tried and failed. hell, even an entire alliance tried it on with the mighty kites when keta was fighting against us. im still here, the UA arent.
just face it, youre going to have to buy your antibiotics and holoreels somewhere else.

OP's main charcater is Uhmari, i decced him because he kept sending me very entertaining mails about bringing 2 alliances and a number of pvp corps on my ass. I just wanted to see if he can back up the threats.
As i can't go to hisec myself i've sent some newer members to their HQ. from what i've heard fun is being had by all (well except Uhmari and his corp).
Macro PVP ftw!!

Well I did bookmark the Amdonen gate like mad, never really got to put them to use towards the end though
