I have a character on an inactive account that I would like to have on my primary account. I only need the secondary account active long enough to move the toon over, as I will already be paying a transfer fee, I don't feel like I should have to pay for a month of activity on the secondary account. Can I move that toon over while the account is on the "Hours for plex"?? |

I highly doubt it since it takes 10 hours to transfer, and you only get 4 hours for Hours4Plex. As far as I know, the account needs to be active when the transfer takes place. |

But I have to say that if you petition clearly, politely and with proper spelling and grammar, a GM may give you a 24hr window.
At least they have for me in the past.
