Ive just written like a 2 page email on wanting to join a corp and ive accidentally deleted it. Nice Stri, nice, make a good impression to your new employers :D
anyway, im looking for a friendly corp, no kiddies please. It would help if it's in the Nakid region, I usually mine or rat hunt in the mista or jambu systems.
I rarely check here so please contact me in game.

thanks for the two emails I got.
I should include some other info. at the minute I'm in Ohide, I'd need my new corp to be local preferably 10-15 jumps from me as all my ships are slow.
I'd need someone to refine my ore. Still looking for a corp and I'll reply to those emails that were sent.
thanks

Hi, we might be the Corp for you. Starlight Industries is a mature & active Corp residing in Amarr space, we have around 25 active members from the UK,USA & Europe, so they'll always be someone online. We are recruiting players, new & old to join our developing Corp.
Our main focus at the moment is mining along with missions/complexes & intra-corp pvp from time to time. At the moment we are working on transition into regular 0.0 space access, an area which we already have our own POS.
Feel free to convo myself, Salix or Zhentow Ren to discuss this further. Alternatively visit our forums; Starlight Industries you'll find a recruitment thread there.
Dont get lost in a crowd, join a corp that cares :)
I look forward to hearing from you, best wishes SI.

Hi Stri,
I wonder in TOGCO might be of interet to you. We are curently based in Ibaria, so 12 jumps from yourself.
We are a well established corp, having been in the game for a couple of years now. We are well organised with a CEO, Directors and Directors assistants so we like to think we can get things done.
We also have a mature attitude to our game and have long since learnt that we can achieve far more with each others help rather than solo.
We have just had a successful run in 0.0 with our own POS and now want to make it a more permanent arrangement. So we have applied to a WELL established alliance in the game. Things are looking promising.
We run an apprenticeship scheme, whereby each new member is assigned an existing memeber as a mentor. This is more appropriate for the newer players (you sound like you aren't brand new to the game) but can still be useful to maintain a flow of communication from the management out to all members.
If any of this sounds interesting then feel free to convo me in game (Ben Zarba) or Siepie, Mirvzero or Jayrod.
Or simply drop into our public channel, TOGCO, and say hello. Loads of old friends in there to abuse you.
Or you can check out our recruitment post through the link in my signature below.
Hope to see you in space,
Ben Zarba - TOGCO Recruiter

After I left my last corp due to disagreements with my CEO (after two weeks playing) I must confess to loosing hope and considered quitting.
The posts I've read here have encouraged me greatly and I'm very grateful, thanks.
Rather than try to contact you all individually I'll try to so some research. Whoever I go for please let me thank you all for making the effort and writing some posts.

I've just spent an hour sitting in a station trying to get a corp based in .5 and isn't more than 20 jumps away.
Impossible. My former corp wouldn't let me rejoin cos me CEO is an utter wa*k splat.
I'm really fed up with this game now.
I'm off to praccy guitar. At least I'll get some f**king satisfaction out of that!

Dude wake up..
Requests like... "has to be in 1.0 or .5 or 5 jumps from where I am" are just ludicrous.
We live in 0.0 and jump up to 50 systems to go kill people, EvE is big, deal with it.
:)
And no CEO will let you back in if you quit for stupid reasons.

If you make 50 jumps then you do so knowing that you've achieved a lot of the things you wanted to in the game. I haven't as such I really dont want to waste time travelling. Not to mention the inherent hazards that you're less likely to face
Oh and gentle word of advise. Expressions like 'wake up' and 'deal with it' dont endear you to anyone.
