Three days ago . i tryed to buy a char in here. the thread onwer named 'Ione Kavaragh' when i sent 8.5B isk to her, and he log off, another char named GÇÿSidistre Oleaora' covn me said her internet down, told me need waitting him to log in.
But till now he still not login, and i also got nothing form the CCP. just now i trying to leave a massage on the thread which i got scammed. but its disppeared, i really dont know whats going on here? who have the rights delete the thread? CCP GM? but thats the important evidence to petition portact my ISK back. but now i really dont know what happening here.
and what should i do whitout that evidence. and the CCP really need delete the scamm thread without any notice and response to the casualty?
for now three days past, i paid 8.5B i only got a deldete thread link . what should i do using this fkin delete link.
CCP give me a response plz. i have sent the petition for over tow days.

I dont want to broke any rules. but i just want to ask why the important evidence thread disppeared. thats my rights. right?
is there a place can petition problem which happened on the froum? if yes. im sorry for this. |

I got scammed here yesterday but lucky enough got my isk back.
Dont worry about the deleted thread. CCP can see them even after they are deleted im sure as they are able to track changes.
As long as you followed all CCP rules you will get your isk back.
And for the future:
1. keep all logs of chats with sellers
2. if seller says he will initiate transfer immediately and 5 minutes later no transfer log a petition right away
3. NEVER agree to anything outside CCP rules.
Hope you get it resolved soon.

the thread was like this one just people talking, the only thing you can do for the moment is file a petition and hold on for ccp
you will get your isk back is what you have said is what happened but hold out for it.
also their is a rule that petition being talked about on the forums so i leave it to you |

This happen to me a few days back its sucks but ccp will correct it even if its not in a timely manner. took about 5 days for a petition response. |
