Full LG Snakes+5% All turrets+5% Falloff+Zors Hyper in another clone
Full +5 Clone with some 3% hardwirings
Lvl 4 Sisters of Eve missions with a clone parked in one of their Hi-Sec lvl 4 agent systems makes for very easy steady ISK that is practically risk-free, since with these shield skills and the vargur buffs you can tank all the missions with very few slots used for tanking and don't even have to pimp nearly enough to be worth suicideganking.
Check eveboard for skills - I think the best parts about this char is the very very good shield skills that make for a perfectly tanked vargur along with the crystals. Maxed fitting skills, overall great engineering/navigation, a bit lacking in drone skills. Also if you like cruisers, it has Minmatar Cruiser V and Gallente Cruiser V for a maxed out Cynabal.
