While working on development and prototypes of a new Jump Drive system the Hadean Drive Yards stumbled across something of Galactic import.
In the remote reaches of northern Amarr space it is believed that an agent of the Drive Yards has found the Emporer.
Word has come back to us through indirect sources that perhaps the "small ailment" is indeed the Jovian disease which the Emporer contracted during tight negitiatons with the mysterious race known as the Jove.

The jovias keep all information about the jovian desease in secret thus very little is known about it in the other empires.

sorry but this kinda crap is just stupid, roleplay and make your own stories for sure, but dont do stuff like this with the prime storylinem, just confuses and annoys people.

Interesting theory....
Technically the only difference between the Jovians and other races is a few thousand years of genetic alteration and cybernetic implants its quite probable that the vast majority of jovian and other races genetics are still identical only needing a slight mutation of the jovian disease to jump species.
Considering that we have recently had jovians witht he disease running around empire and other controlled space is it possible that the disease has spread?

the emperor does not have the disease unless he is a jovian, but hey you never know..

The Jovians forsaked their humanity and delved into their perverse delusions of the mind made manifest through tampering of their very own genetic code. MADNESS!

I actually went to CONCORD headquarters and did a scan all around in Yulai for the emporers corps. Thought for sure that that was a hint... and it did seem to point to foul play.

Jovian or not Jovian I don't care, I just want to figure a way to make a buck off this information since we don't deal in galactic politics.

5 cents : the jovians are all normal races but they all have been using implants to better themselves (look at them), and while doing so they get this genetical disease, which makes them die earlier.. Probably "the way" to become a jovian yourself (or get a +10 rating ofc :).
