2 The BO open a cover jump portail.
Does the BO can jump?

No.
This isn't how a Black Op's jumps anyway, the portal is separate from jumping used to allow other non-jump capable ships with a covert ops cloak to be bridged to the cyno. When tackled you cannot open this bridge, nor jump away yourself. |

You can neither jump nor take a bridge while tackled, but I never knew you couldn't open a portal for others to jump, is that really the case? |

Im 99% sure it is the case. I will test it if I can today just to confirm. Its common for titans to be bubbled, even when inside the tower, to stop the fleet form bridging through.
I will report back if I remember! |

Right, but the ships trying to jump are tackled in that scenario, same as if you bubble a jump bridge. |

Tackled = with anything? I was under vague understanding that only scram prevents you from using jump drive. |

well, you asked the wrong question. You should have asked about jumping, not opening a portal, because jumping is how the BO gets away. And as stated, you cannot jump if tackled.
