I believe if you have the permission of the player you are impersonating, you should be able to impersonate. But meh, what can you do? Overall 2013 wasn't bad outside of the various "non-manufactured drama," like ToS, Blink, and so on. Once you realize what a joke everything is, being the comedian is the only thing that makes sense. -á-á-á-á-á-á-á

Julius Rigel 108	Posted - 2014.01.01 18:01:00 - [17] - Quote If I could count it as a "feature", the worst would certainly be that CCP is still giving out unfair advantages to certain organisations (special "action tracking interface" or whatever it's called, special edition ships, teleporting players to POLARIS space, and so on), and we STILL don't know which exact criteria you have to meet to qualify for these things. That's pretty much my only gripe. If I had to pick an actual feature that was implemented, I think it would be the jump animation. As for best, I'm happy that CCP is so forthcoming and open. I don't need to be afraid of repercussions for voicing my opinion or speaking frankly. But I guess that's not a feature of the game, per se. I really like that you can make chat channel invite links the same way you have fleet invite links, that's a neat new feature. At least I think it's new? Do YOU like to undock?

I want a proper minigame not some mindless clickfest. Best: ISIS Very nice. I'm looking forward to the different kinds of nice looking tech trees CCP can build with it now that the big chunk of the work is done. Besides that I also hold the opinion that CCP should make a PC version for Dust 514.

Worst: I didn't really dislike anything majorly but If I'm pushed to say something then I'll say the new ISIS mastery system. Granted some parts of it are okay, but I feel a lot of ships have stuff in there that _really_ doesn't relate to the specific ship such as really high targeting skills on ships that far exceed the max targets allowed on a ship. Doesn't feel like the masteries are tailored to that specific ship but rather ALL ships of that classification.

(and mobile tractor unit with these is best too). Worst? for me personally... uh... Cant be the Heavy missiles nerf, that was '12 ... So, i would have to say... BS reballence. ALL the end-line caldari ships have the same DPS (golem, cnr, navy scorp) ... other races have the same issue. CCP seems to have wanted to cap all ships DPS below 1000. Too afraid of power creep--they've taken the power OUT. sucks. in short, the worst thing is that the ships were made TOO ballenced. I need a big more variaiton--i need a few ships that really are aweful for things--niche ships. Not everything needs to be the same. CCP has fallen down the 'ballance = sameness' hole than my old MMO did--Earth and Beyond. In the end, the sameness KILLED that game.

I will have to add that the PLEX for Good (is it considered a feature?) was a very high point in the year. Also love the minor additions (Luxury shirts, SOE shirts, sleeves, cyborg arms) for avatars. Worst: Nothing really awful this year like the unified inventory fiasco from last year. Can't really think of anything really all that bad.

Some of the other comments here are pretty funny I must say. Complaints about the definition of the word "expansion", as if that has any bearing on anything. Whether or not something counts as new content. Part of me hopes CCP will read this thread, see all the loot spew hate, and actually admit their mistake and get rid of it. But part of me wants them to stay away so they don't see the foolishness and absurd sense of entitlement so many are displaying.
