Ive searched the forums for a good setup and havent seen anything yet on Nighthawk, so im asking here :)

How about selling it and getting one of the other command ships instead? They are much better.
Currently, without a ROF bonus the Nighthawk is absolutely shockingly under par, doing barely 350 DPS with good skills. This ship barely pokes 150DPS with resistances factored in.
However:
NPC SETUP
HIGH:
6x Heavy Missile Launcher II's
1x Whatever. Tractor Beam is good.
MED:
1x Large Shield Booster II
1x Shield Boost Amplifier
2x Large Shield Extenders
1x EM Hardner (or whatever hardner for your rats)
LOW:
4x PDU II
1x BCU II
PVP SETUP:
Used in a gang as anti-tackler support. I dont recommend this ship for solo pvp at all. Setup geared towards killing frigs and does moderate damage to cruisers. Forget about denting anything bigger than a cruiser, because it wont happen.
HIGH:
6x Heavy Missile Launcher II's (w/ Furies/precisions)
1x Whatever you can squeeze on here.
MED:
1x Sensor Booster II
2x Webbers
2x Warp Disruptors
LOW:
1x Medium Armour Rep II
2x 50/55% Hardeners (usually Explosive and Therm )
1x Biggest Plate you can fit
1x BCU II
More exotic PVP Setup
HIGH:
6x Heavy Missile Launcher II's (w/ Furies/precisions)
1x 'Improved' Cloaking Device II
MED:
3x Tracking Disruptors or Dampers
1x Sensor Booster
1x Warp Disruptor
LOW:
1x Medium Armour Rep II
2x 50/55% Hardeners (usually Explosive and Therm )
1x Biggest Plate you can fit
1x BCU II

Ty for the info, i didnt realize the ROF was screwed atm :( now i may just put the damn thing in Storage till fixed :(

Try this
HIGH:
6x Heavy Missile launcher II's
1x Whatever
MED:
4x ECM Multi-Spectral II's
1x Medium Cap Injector w/800 charges
LOW:
1x Medium Armour Rep II
1x Explosive Hardner II
1x Damage Control (use the best you can find)
1x PDU II
1x Energised Adaptive Nano II
Ive found this setup to work very well and you can swap out a jammer for a warp disruptor or web or whatever. Personally, I don't solo PVP in it, I let the tacklers do the job of webbing and scramming.
