Lol? Harpys are terrible compared to ishkurs.
The only good AF is an ishkur, the rest can only by rated by which is the least ****ty.

2: Ishkur, althouh it can prolly beat a gisti harpy most of the time also since its natuarlly tanked to its only damage type, and the ishkur can't just pwn it with EM while making sure that booster has no cap to run on

It will be very interesting to see what CCP comes up with to bring the Jaguar/Hawk/Vengence into line with their 11 slot counterparts (they plan to for the next patch ^_^ )

If you can stick a missile launcher on that harpy with explosive missiles, it can be a NASTY suprise for the Ishkur.
