The only way I see this possibly working is having strategic targets picked through out all of nullsec (IE Jump bridges, supply line midpoints, r64 moons). From which wh peoples can harass easily from the many nullsec connections we get.
Trying to get everyone in w-space to leave their wh and form some CTA fleet to go hit nullsec is only goin to succeed at killing wh space.
Who wants to shoot structures anyway. This is doomed to fail.

Don't need to do any of that stuff.
1) Spy on them.
2) Show up to their CTA's or engagements vs their known enemies.
3) Third party Violence = Best Violence.

The funny thing is this Propaganda video is like a thousand times better than almost any nullsec one ive seen (there have been a few good ones i'll admit)
