OFFICIAL STATEMENT
I am proud and excited to announce that Freeks are back in business and looking forward to a return to mass destruction in a space-lane near you. Many wont know us but those that do, I hope to see you all soon.
I would like to draw your attention to our recruitment thread here if i may.
We look forward to meeting old acquintances and look forward to seeing the rest of you in space.

Hmmmm. Ok Mickey, you know I have a lot of respect for you, but I don't get this at all. To my knowledge, none of the ex-freeks were consulted on this (including ex-ceo) and only knew once the new Freeks was created.
The corporation that you've created is called Freeks - not Freeks Corp that still exists but has been mothballed. As far as members are concerned, there are a core of ex-freeks in SOS and another core in The Initiative. I'm not sure how many will be moving to the new Freeks, but unless you're confident of getting a core base from the old corp then it isn't the same corp. To be honest, the new Freeks is another corp with similarities in name only.
Sorry for raining on your parade, but it's seems similar to me creating a corp called Xetic2 and saying that Xetic are back in business (although I was never in Xetic, but you get the idea)...
