I own stock in RL, lets just say I don't buy it for the sole reason to collect the quarterly dividend. You buy it in the hopes the stock increases in value, and you have a trade commodity that can turn a profit upon resale...

Let me clarify ...I fully support the raising of capital for such projects through the distribution of shares in each projects...the ISS approach is very interesting and commendable... its the crazy reselling that is already taking place that is disturbing...
