Depends on where you actually are. I suspect both Arathmon and cball are in the US where such statements may be OK. In the UK it's not acceptable. Arathmon saying it doesn't surprise me greatly but I guess cball isn't just a carebear after all.
Given the warnings people have got for lesser offences I think we can take it that Arathmon (as he's been on the CSM) is one of the "untouchables"

Actually... I'm hardly untouchable. So far as I know the CSM dealy was done randomly, my CEO was chosen, he couldn't go, so he sent me in his stead.
I'm waiting for the email from the mods saying I shouldn't have said what I said and that it got modded(note, however, I'm not trying to hide it by editing it... call it a penance if you will).
As for the people defending my poor choice of wording (I could have used other 'slang' if you want to call it that) please stop. I can defend myself if the need arises, but in this particular case I don't feel that will be necessary.
