I have one lv2 agent currently with LP15000. Right now,i'm doing lv3 agent missions. I thought that the lv2 agent would give me an offer while i'm doing lv3 agent missison, but so far no offer. (i've accumulated LP15000 for lv3 agent)
any idea?
ps: both agents are from the same company, caldari navy

You sit there and wait a few days for his offer. If he doesn't offer that skill book you want, you reject it, run another mission for him, and proceed to ignore him until his next offer. Proceed until you are Connected.

are u saying that i have to run mission for lv2 agent? i thought lv2 agent would give me an offer if i just run mission for lv3 agent (different agent) as long as both are from the same corp.

do 1 mission for 1 agent and you get 1 offer.
After you reject that offer you will have to do another mission if you wish to receive another offer....
Working for agent X does NOT affect agent Y or Z. even if they are from the same corp.

Red hit the nail on the head. You need to do missions for each individual agent to trigger their offers. They'll only send you their offer if you've done at least one mission since you the last offer you rejected (accepting an offer does NOT reset this though!). So you WILL have to haul yourself back to the agent to do one mission if you don't get a Connections with his offer.

There are rumours that you can do a mission for another agent in the same corp to reset offers from all agents in that corp; a much better way to farm, if it works, because you never go far above 15K on one agent.
I haven't tested it, though; can't afford a break in farming at the moment.

I belive it is exactly what you stated... a rumor and no more then that.

Well. There is a local in Kaunokka who claims to have tested and proven it, so you might want to give it a bit more credit than that.

Having run a huge number of mission myself and farming agents at very particular LPs (or trying to... give me the rewards I want dammit!!!) I would have noticed this effect.
But you know what, I heard somebody claim in local once that if you took a certain order of Gates to get from the Amarr homeworld to the EVE gate you'd suddenly land in Jove space.
