Background. As a bit of background I nearly always end up being a trader/manufacturer in the other mmoGÇÖs that IGÇÖve been involved in, I might add normally fairly successfully. This is my first venture into EVE and IGÇÖve posted this from my main account, which is currently paid up until early April at present, although IGÇÖm looking to extend this in the near future (Once paid off credit card bill from all the excessGÇÖs Christmas/New Year period bring). As you can see IGÇÖve only been here for a few months but that has given me some time to test the markets using the normal means, flipping items, cycle trading, production of items to sell etc. IGÇÖve purchased a few low price BPO and have a limited production programme in place. The goal is to be able to ultimately plex both this account, being my main as a pure manufacturer/trader and another for PVP/Missions etc mainly to play when IGÇÖve had enough of studying numbers and just want to GÇÿblow stuff upGÇÖ for a few hours. IGÇÖve done quite a bit of number crunching and canGÇÖt see why this is not achievable. I will of course not be looking at doing this until my overall income is stable. I did start this account via a GÇÿbuddy programmeGÇÖ which did give me a lump sum when I first started, I invested all of this in some implants to speed training but in hindsight should probably invested it as I would not now be looking for this loan. Purpose of Loan. The initial investment will be required to purchase more profitable BPOGÇÖs and raw materials to vastly increase current production. IGÇÖm can currently run up to 8no. manufacturing slots, which I will expand as soon as possible, only have a few T1 BPOGÇÖs at present but with the aim to move into more lucrative/high end items soon. These 8no. slots are spread over 2no. toons but my lack of isk funds (and to some degree my skill points which IGÇÖm currently addressing) does limit my production and therefore profits. I will be continually improving my skills in both production and trading over the coming months and will ultimately move all the production to this toon. At present I canGÇÖt offer any collateral. (Have around 100M isk of ships etc kicking about over both the accounts but no items really worth mentioning). Plan. Below is a rundown on how the loan will be used and an indication of conservative projected profits. This will not take into account any other items traded which I will continue doing so and on a much larger scale as all my current cash is tied up on production/materials. Initial Loan GÇô Purchase of more BPOGÇÖs and raw materials to greatly increase production. The BPOGÇÖs will cost in the region of 80M isk, Raw materials will need around 900M isk with the remaining 20M isk floating to allow for material variants, transaction costs etc. The plan is to run 8no.manufacturing processes starting at only half capacity to begin with, which will cost in the region of 300M per day in raw materials. The extra allowance for materials is to take into account the day or so to sale the initial items produced and enable me to continue at the 50% capacity planned for. IGÇÖve used a few sites on the internet as well as been watching markets for the last couple of months to research items to produce and can safely predict costs and therefore profits, although as you all well know this is still not a guarantee for forward trading. Projected costs at 50% production capacity will be raw materials at 300M isk per day, this will generate a profit of a min 7.2M isk/day which could very easily raise to 19.2M isk/day after associated costs have been deducted. This will net a profit of min 216M isk/month to max 576M isk/month based on ONLY 50% production. I do think that these figures, once I get going, will be much higher though!! All of my profits will be reinvested into more BPOGÇÖs and materials so increasing production. I would hope to be nearing 100% capacity way before the loan period ends, as just reinvesting daily profits will allow for around 2% increase in production per day. This could potentionally double profit figures by the end of the loan term. Also as my skills increase this will drive down production costs and increase margins even further. As you can see I will be easily able to cover the 12.5% interest cost per month that I purpose paying (50% of min profits) and also enable payback of the initial loan back. My anticipated figures suggest that after this 2 months loan then I should be able to continue at least at the same production capacity. ItGÇÖs my intention to then continue extending the business. This might require further funding but by then I should have plenty of collateral to back it up!! I realize that this is a risky investment as IGÇÖve no history or collateral, but I donGÇÖt have any doubts that it will be successful. Summary of Loan Request - 1000M isk for 60 days Interest paid at 12.5% per 30 days 1st payment will be made on 30days GÇô 125M isk. (Interest only) 2nd payment will be made on 60days GÇô 1125M isk. (Interest and Original Loan amount) Note - If I have multiple investors will pro-rata above sums. As already stated, I have no collateral at present just a very sound business proposal. Hopefully someone will be willing to assist me and boost my production programme. On a side note if this public offer does not reach fruition on this occasion, I will remain, as I currently am, expanding albeit at a much slower rate. It might be the case that in a few months IGÇÖm back here but with at least some collateral!! Thanks for taking the time to read this (didnGÇÖt realise that IGÇÖd made it such a long post!!). I'd assume it'd be a less capital heavy investment, but still with a decent return. I'll be willing to fill this loan on the condition that you'll give me your api for both your accounts.
Dracnys 58	Posted - 2014.01.07 16:52:00 - [3] - Quote Why not start with 24 hour manufacturing cycles instead of buying raw materials for three days? You would need only 400m. Also you should consider increasing your buffer. 20m is very low if you're operating with 300m of materials per day. Without a solid buffer you can't run your lines 24/7 because you'll need to haul, sell, buy new materials and haul again before you can start the next cycle.

If you have any ideas let me know so I can assess. Dracnys - I was going to start at only 50% capacity because I'm concerned about having all my isk either tied up in production or waiting for sales. I thought by limiting amount tied up in either then it will enable me keep a steady production and sales routine. I want to be able to replace the faster selling items quickly, If all my isk is tied up in an item that for one reason or another doesn't sell or someone just dumps thousands on the market at below cost then this could have a serious impact. Once I've got more 'spare' cash around this will not be such a problem as I can wait a few days while price recovers. But to begin with I got to keep the money moving as I'll need to be turning it over quickly.
