(At least that's my impression from outside Goonswarm - someone in Goons might be able to correct this). To me Mynnna is the Goonswarm face of highsec economic warfare and the Ministry of Love is their 'face' of highsec non-economic warfare. Another one I'd add is Industrial Mining. Great guy, and teaches people some lessons in contract law and reading fine print.
